Orders for in-stock items are typically processed within 3–5 business days.
Items that are made-to-order or sourced from partner makers may require additional processing time. If applicable, this will be communicated to you directly after your order is placed.

We ship worldwide through trusted courier partners, offering both standard and express delivery options whenever available.
Because instrument shipping costs depend on the item, its weight, destination, and delivery speed, we ensure you receive the most accurate and cost‑effective rates. Within 24 hours of receiving your order, our team will provide tailored updates if needed, so you benefit from bespoke shipping arrangements and a curated service experience crafted exclusively for your instruments.
Delivery times vary by location and may be influenced by production time, courier logistics or regional conditions.
📦 Packaging & Handling
All instruments are individually inspected and securely packaged to ensure safe transit.
Fragile items such as crystal bowls, harps, and glass instruments are packed with extra cushioning and care.

Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive a tracking link to monitor its journey.

🚨 Damaged, Delayed, or Lost Shipments
If your package arrives damaged, please notify us within 24 hours of delivery.
To help us resolve the issue quickly, please provide a clear video showing the item, the damage, and the condition of the packaging.
In case of delays or lost parcels, we’ll coordinate with the courier and keep you informed until it’s resolved.
📑 Customs & Duties
Please be aware that import duties, VAT, or local taxes may apply based on your country's regulations.
In many regions including Canada, India and select others, we try to cover or absorb most standard customs fees to help you avoid unexpected charges. If we’re unable to do so for your instrument, we’ll let you know in advance.
However, in some countries such as the United States, higher tariffs may apply, depending on current trade laws. These additional costs are not included in your order total and must be paid directly to the courier upon delivery.
Unfortunately, we cannot calculate or prepay these fees on your behalf. If a package is returned due to non-payment of customs charges, we are unable to issue a refund.
👉 To avoid any surprises, we recommend checking with your local customs office before placing your order to understand any potential charges.
📦 Shipping Tips for a Smooth Delivery
1️⃣ To ensure successful delivery, please provide a complete and accurate email address, shipping address, and mobile number at checkout. These details help the courier contact you if needed.
2️⃣ We cannot compensate for failed deliveries due to missing or incorrect contact information — especially if the mobile number field is left blank.
3️⃣ If selecting express shipping, please avoid using PO Boxes or BFPO addresses. Be sure your address includes all necessary details, such as your apartment or unit number.
