💸 Return & Refund Policy – Klinkara Sounds
At Klinkara Sounds, each item is selected or crafted with care and intention. We want you to feel confident and aligned with your purchase. If something isn’t right, we’re here to support you through the return process.

✅ Eligibility for Returns

If your order has not yet been shipped, it may be eligible for full or partial cancellation. In such cases, any amount paid in advance will be refunded to you accordingly. For returns, items must be unused, in original condition, and returned with all packaging, accessories, and certificates (if applicable).

Due to the fragile and energetic nature of sound healing instruments, returns may not be accepted for:

Used or sonically activated items

Custom-made or personalised instruments

Items on sale

💰 Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email.

If approved, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 7–21 business days.

Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

🔁 Exchanges
Exchanges are possible for items that arrive damaged or defective.

Please send a clear video showing the damage within 24 hours of delivery, and we’ll work with you on a suitable resolution — whether replacement, store credit, or repair.

📦 Return Shipping
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer, unless the item is incorrect.

For high-value items, we recommend using a trackable shipping service and insurance, as we cannot guarantee receipt of the returned item.
