Kara B.

Kara has lived across nine countries and journeyed through many more, yet her most meaningful exploration has always been inward.

From the vibrant rhythms of Asia to the quiet landscapes of Europe, the vastness of North America to the sacred terrains of South America, each place has shaped her path, gently revealing that home is not a destination, but a state of being. What began as travel became transformation, and over time, experience softened into insight.

Her professional journey moved through global companies and diverse industries, yet beneath every role was a quiet knowing, that fulfillment was never external, but something to be remembered from within.

Creativity has been a constant thread throughout her life. As a child, she lent her voice to radio; later, she wrote and released music that resonated with audiences around the world. Moving between studios and boardrooms, stages and structured environments, she began to sense a deeper calling beyond expression alone.

That calling eventually led her to Mount Kailash.

Following this pilgrimage, and after experiencing many of life’s outer milestones, Kara encountered sound meditation in a way that shifted everything. What she discovered was not something new, but something instantly familiar, an effortless doorway into stillness and bliss. With years of grounding in Kriya and Bhakti yoga, the path of Nada Yoga and sound became a natural unfolding.

Today, Kara’s work is not defined as a profession, but as a devotion. She holds space through sound so others may access that same inner stillness, softness, and expansion.

When she is not guiding sound journeys, Kara continues to explore the world, deepen her yogic practice, and live simply, connected to nature, creativity, and the people she loves.
