Kara B.
Kara has experienced life in eight countries and traveled to dozens more, but her favourite journey is the one that leads inward.
From the bustling streets of Asia to the quiet greens of Europe, the vast mountains of North America to the sacred landscapes of South America, every place has shaped her and gently reminded her that true home is wherever she is. She has collected not just stamps on her passport but insights that have turned into wisdom.
Her journey has taken her through some of the world’s biggest companies and across many industries, but each chapter quietly whispered the same truth: fulfillment was never in the role, but in the search for something deeper.
Creativity has always been her quiet companion. As a child, she lent her voice to radio jingles; as an adult, she wrote and released songs that traveled the world and reached millions of listeners. She moved between music studios and business conferences, from quiet office cubicles to bright stages, until she realized something deeper was calling her.
That call eventually led her to Mount Kailash. After returning from the pilgrimage and fulfilling many of life’s desires, she attended a sound healing session at a retreat that felt like an effortless doorway to bliss. Kriya and Bhakti yoga had already been her anchor for several years, and with the discovery of the path of Nada Yoga and Sound Therapy, her way forward became crystal clear.
Kara’s work is not a career but a devotion. She shares sound as medicine so that others may discover the same stillness and sweetness through this modality. Align. Transform. Evolve.
When she is not guiding sound journeys, Kara is exploring new places, deepening her yogic lifestyle, trying new plant-based foods, and making memories with her loved ones.
